This is a 4 month program that lays the foundational grounds for healing and really gets people feeling better.

Everyone who works with me starts here! I’m a leave no stone un-turned and skip no steps kinda practitioner. We have to get foundational healing in place before we get into anything deeper like chronic infections and more vigorous detoxification.

In this program we are going to improve:

✔Your nutrient and antioxidant status, which means better energy, less histamine and inflammatory responses and better overall functioning;

✔Your diet. We will identify your ideal diet and get you eating in a way that really fuels your body. This helps your energy levels, mitochondrial health, and adrenal health. All of which have a positive impact on histamine and inflammatory levels.

✔Your adrenal health, which means again more energy, less severe allergies if you have them, a better histamine response, and better sleep;

✔ Detoxification systems, which means less inflammation, less histamine responses, better functioning livers, better bowel health, and about every health benefit you can think of; and

✔Your understanding of the impact of your emotional health on your physical health and how to address it.

We are gonna accomplish all this in 4 months!? Oh yes we are.

Although of course different people heal at different paces and some people might need to extend coaching packages.

Once this program is complete I then offer my clients an option of further coaching packages that target things like chronic infections. Not everyone will want or need this, but most do.
